New Discovery

Thanks to twitter, last week I came across a fantastic deal that was dubbed Envato’s Birthday Bundle, which included a stack of items for designers and developers, usually costing around $300 for only $20 USD. Wow. I couldn’t resist, so I purchased my own, which I look forward to sitting down and implementing these fantastic things I now currently can use.

But their sale worked in another way – I have been reading up and looking into things that an ‘author’ can submit to their handful of ‘marketplace’ websites.
Namely I’ve been looking into Graphic River and Theme Forest.

I do enjoy putting together website designs within Photoshop and creating random objects within Illustrator, and this seems like a great place I might be able to send these things that don’t go anywhere but the back of my hard drive and become useful for others.

So! I have sent a query with iStockphoto regarding my exclusivity with them, and then I can figure out what I can do to become an author at envato!
